The large cockpit features plenty of seating, storage, and removable tables for cruising and entertaining. There is a freshwater sink and icemaker, but the icemaker is not working. The canvas enclosure is newer but requires a few minor repairs. The vinyl is clean but also presents with some cosmetic repairs needed, commensurate with its age. Step down to the expansive cabin and you are greeted by a large curved sofa to starboard, and a galley to port. Solid surface Corian-style countertops and tabletop add flair and elegance to the finely appointed interior. There's plenty of headroom as well - over 6-02. A large master bunk lies ahead, and a recessed U-shaped sitting area amidships below the helm converts to a second bunk with accordion partition door. AC and heat keep the cabin comfortable, and a large standup shower and head offer adequate facilities while at sea. The galley features a refrigerator/freezer, 3-burner cooktop, sink, and microwave along with ample storage and cabinetry.

This Maxum 4100SCR features the upgraded Cummins 6BT 370hp Diamond Series diesel inboard engines with V-Drives. Hours are 1019 Port and 1020 Starboard. There is also a Westerbeke 8kw genset which according to the owner is running but not producing power (this will NOT be repaired as part of the sale). Although not splashed for the 2022 season, the engines received new filters and fluids.
